Circus 20P (72.7 x 53cm) Made by Matabei Goto

¥1,512,500

In the painting, there are men in military uniforms holding national flags, clowns, and people wearing masks. They each add a different element to the circus atmosphere.

In the distance, there is also a figure of a person riding a trapeze, which conveys the fun and dynamism of the circus.

Matabei Goto uses mixed media techniques to add a variety of textures and depth to this work. The combination of different materials enhances the visual appeal and allows the work to incorporate sensory impressions of feel and texture.

Among Goto Matabei's works, it can be said to be a particularly colorful and lively work that captures the fusion of diverse characters.
