Canal Saint-Martin, North Hotel 45.3×39cm by Masahiko Hama
This watercolor captures the atmospheric landscape of the Nord Hotel by the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris.
A canal is depicted in the foreground of the painting, and green trees grow on both sides of the painting, creating the atmosphere of a natural oasis in the city.
In the background, the hotel's facade and surrounding buildings are detailed, and each window reflects Parisian life. The sky is painted in gentle colors, giving a calming effect to the cityscape.
The watercolors' brushstrokes are light and the colors are bright, capturing the charm of Parisian buildings and their vibrant surroundings. This work allows viewers to feel the beauty and peaceful moments of Parisian city life.
